Gypsum plasterer wanted in Shelby County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gypsum plasterer in Shelby County, Texas. You will work at a new-build housing development. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting bags of plaster and mixing all day • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets Day-to-day duties: • Skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
