Powder coating line operator • Kaugama, Jigawa State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Kaugama, Jigawa State. You will work at a powder coating unit. The role involves check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Part-time with flexible hours.
