We are recruiting: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Coahoma County, Mississippi. You will work at a fabrication and coating plant. Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg The role involves: • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
