Chef de partie — Ondo East

Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Ondo East, Ondo State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks. Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
