Excavator operator — Gunnison County

Now hiring: we are hiring an excavator operator in Gunnison County, Colorado. The job is at a road and highway construction project. Day-to-day duties: • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance Ideal candidate: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
