We are recruiting: coating plant operator (Georgia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Telfair County, Georgia. You will work at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 1+ years on the tools preferred.
