Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Saline County, Nebraska. You will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience.
