You should have: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline The role involves: • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency • Tape and joint plasterboard seams with scrim and filler • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
