The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
