Vacancy available: heavy equipment operator (Jigawa State)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Maigatari, Jigawa State. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery Your main tasks: • Check for underground cables and services before digging • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles We offer ₦280,000 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
