Paint and prep technician • Midland County, Michigan

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Midland County, Michigan. You will work at a dealership paint shop. On the job you will handle: • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
