Immediate opening: fast-fit technician (Ohio)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fast-fit technician in Fairfield County, Ohio. You will be based in a fast-fit workshop. You should have: • Able to lift heavy car and truck tyres repeatedly • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage Your main tasks: • Vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres • Demount worn tyres from rims using a tyre changer machine • Balance wheels on a computerised wheel balancer and fit clip-on weights • Handle truck and bus tyres, including split-rim assemblies • Torque the wheel nuts to spec with a torque wrench Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
