Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth On a typical shift you will degrease and clean metal parts before coating; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations.
