Day-to-day duties: • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates You should have: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop 3+ years on the tools preferred.
