Argon welder wanted in Obot Akara

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welder in Obot Akara, Akwa Ibom State. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. Requirements: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height The role involves: • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
