Bread and bun maker — Catahoula Parish

Now hiring: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Catahoula Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Food handler / hygiene certificate 4+ years on the tools preferred.
