Garment presser wanted in Carroll County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a garment presser in Carroll County, Georgia. You will be based in a tailoring workshop. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment On the job you will handle: • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
