Immediate opening: tandoor cook (Kentucky)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Robertson County, Kentucky. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line You will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
