Forklift driver — City of Norton

Vacancy available: we are hiring a forklift driver in City of Norton, Virginia. The job is in a cold storage facility. On a typical shift you will sweep and keep the loading bay free of debris; load and unload pallets from trucks and shipping containers; position the forks square and tilt the mast to secure the load; read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit. Ideal candidate: • Valid forklift / FLT licence for counterbalance and reach trucks • Willing to wear steel toe-cap boots and hi-vis At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
