Automotive paint technician wanted in Pawnee County

Now hiring: we are hiring an automotive paint technician in Pawnee County, Kansas. You will work in an automotive paint and panel workshop. The role involves: • Wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
