Urgent requirement: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Brunswick County, North Carolina. You will work at a property maintenance company. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage On the job you will handle: • Carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
