The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Part-time with flexible hours.
