Powder spray gun operator — Robeson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Robeson County, North Carolina. The job is at an automotive components factory. You should have: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day to day you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. 6+ years on the tools preferred. $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
