Vacancy available: we are hiring a tiler in Montgomery County, Illinois. Day to day you will grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; lay floor and wall tiles to plumb and level using a spirit level; set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away; make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter. Requirements: • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • A good eye for level, plumb and even grout lines At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
