Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Bradley County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal You should have: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
