Cake decorator wanted in Morgan County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Morgan County, Kentucky. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
