Dough maker wanted in Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Madison County, Montana. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics You will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
