What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
