Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Yauri Local Government Area, Kebbi State. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. You will debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer ₦275,000 per month plus benefits.
