Rebar foreman — Sauk County

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Sauk County, Wisconsin. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements On a typical shift you will lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine.
