Great opportunity: back-of-house cleaner (Virginia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in City of Hopewell, Virginia. You will work in a catering unit. You will polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
