What we are looking for: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker You will cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel.
