Scaffolding erector • Oju, Benue State

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Oju, Benue State. You will work on a busy construction site. Day to day you will tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level. You should have: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Proven experience erecting tube-and-fitting and system scaffold • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
