Ladle pourer wanted in Marshall County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Marshall County, Tennessee. The job is at an aluminium die-casting plant. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry Day to day you will tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale. Pay around $140 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
