Gas pipeline fitter — Uruan

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Uruan, Akwa Ibom State. You will work in a gas distribution network. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces On a typical shift you will complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
