Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turner in Dukes County, Massachusetts. You will work at a busy machine shop. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges The role involves top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; load and index turning tools in the turret; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet.
