Captain waiter — City of Bristol

Great opportunity: we are hiring a captain waiter in City of Bristol, England. You will be based at a beach resort. Day to day you will clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
