You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
