Powder coater wanted in Kalkaska County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coater in Kalkaska County, Michigan. You will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms 2+ years on the tools preferred.
