Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc turner in Audubon County, Iowa. You will work on the CNC turning shop floor. You should have: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code The role involves: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
