Retail butcher wanted in Borsari

We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Borsari, Yobe State. Day-to-day duties: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around ₦115,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
