Scaffolding erector wanted in Marshall County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Marshall County, Indiana. You will be based at a high-rise building site. Ideal candidate: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms The role involves: • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level 4+ years on the tools preferred.
