You should have: • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds Day to day you will replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; carry out leak inspections and patch repairs; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
