Great opportunity: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Lee County, Illinois. Requirements: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Can read work instructions and basic measurements • Punctual with reliable attendance On the job you will handle: • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Follow the work instruction sheet for each station We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits.
