Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Part-time with flexible hours.
