Excavator operator — Mid and East Antrim

Great opportunity: we are hiring an excavator operator in Mid and East Antrim, Northern Ireland. What we are looking for: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances The role involves inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter; track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
