Aluminium workshop fabricator — Essex County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Essex County, Virginia. The job is at a doors and windows manufacturing unit. Requirements: • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections The role involves drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; apply silicone sealant and weather seals around the frames; assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
