Dish pit attendant wanted in Lyon County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Lyon County, Kentucky. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
