We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel erection rigger in Highlands County, Florida. On the job you will handle: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings You should have: • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $230 per day, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
