The role involves direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings. Ideal candidate: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
